Practical Problems
1. Since the sewage treatment equipment is imported from abroad, there is no data drawing for the fan impeller, and the fan impeller mold opening repair and data reverse reduction drawing are required for the replacement of the parts.
2. The traditional measurement methods (such as inspection tools, fixtures, three coordinates, etc.) are very cumbersome and time consuming, and the fan impeller cannot be accurately and quickly measured.
3. The surface curvature of the fan impeller is large, the arc surface is more, and the precision of the center hole position of the fan impeller is required to be high, which results in the incomplete 3D data volume and cannot meet the data precision.
