Practical problems
1. Since the vacuum pump is imported from abroad, there is no data drawing, and the replacement of the vacuum pump is required in the later stage for the secondary design of the vacuum pump and the reverse drawing of the data.
2. Traditional measuring methods (such as gages, jigs, three coordinates, etc.) are very cumbersome and time consuming, and vacuum pumps cannot be accurately and quickly measured.
3. The surface of the vacuum pump has a large curvature change, a complicated shape, and a concave surface groove, which results in an incomplete three-dimensional data acquisition, and the secondary design of the vacuum pump cannot be performed.
